2025 is the 80th anniversary of the many events that both ended the Second World War and commenced international organizations seeking peace. The Axis powers surrendered, the age of nuclear weaponry began, and both the Arab League and the UN came into being.
For the UN, the final approval needed was from the Soviet Union. We have a good source for the time-of-day that the official signature was appended to the paperwork that the USSR submitted. The Soviet plan was to submit the paperwork at a time (3:07 pm), giving enough time for the documents to be inspected, authenticated, and deposited on the symbolic anniversary of the October Revolution: 4:50 pm on October 24 at Washington DC coincides with 12:50 am of October 25 in Moscow.
How does this fit in with the ritual astrology of the other major international entities this blog has explored? Quite nicely.
